From time to time, Megatel may offer one-off Referral Credits to existing customers, where the referred new customer signs up to one or more Megatel services (electricity, gas, broadband or mobile) with a fixed contract term.
To be eligible for any Referral Credit offer:
a) An existing Megatel customer (“The Referrer”) must refer a new customer to Megatel; and
b) the new Megatel customer (“The Referent”) must sign up for Megatel service(s) with a fixed contract term.
One-off Referral Credits will be provided to the Referrer and the Referent respectively, once all the services requested on the Referent’s application form have been connected for the Referent, provided that:
a) Both the Referrer and the Referent must be active customers of Megatel at the time when the credits are provided.
b) The Referrer must not have previously received a Referral Credit regarding the same Referent.
c) The Referent must not be an existing customer or a re-contracting customer of Megatel.
d) The Referent must either be:
i. a new customer who has never used any Megatel services before; or
ii. a returning customer for whom it has been at least 180 days since all Megatel services were last terminated; or
e) The Referent must sign up for one or more of our services (electricity, gas, broadband or mobile) with a fixed contract term.
All Referents must meet Megatel's pre-acceptance checks and criteria, and Megatel reserves the right to reject any referral for any reason and at our sole discretion.
Megatel may change the amount of any offered Referral Credit from time to time.
Referral Credits is not transferable, exchangeable, refundable nor redeemable for cash or any other use apart from being applied as a credit to the Referrer’s Megatel account.
Megatel reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion without any prior notice.
