Megatel Privacy Policy


Megatel (a division of Nova Energy Limited) is committed to protecting our customers' personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.

This Privacy Policy will help you understand how we collect, use, disclose, store and protect your personal information when you visit our website and/or use our energy, telecommunications, Korean IPTV and related products and services.

In this Privacy Policy, the terms 'we', 'us', and 'our' refer to Megatel.

This policy applies to all of our products and services, including our website(s), mobile applications and support channels. By using this website or our energy, telecommunications, Korean IPTV and related products and services, you acknowledge that you have received notice of this policy.

In order to supply you with energy, telecommunications, Korean IPTV and/or related products and services, we need some personal information from you.

We may transfer, store and process your personal information in New Zealand and overseas using services provided by a third-party service provider. That includes cloud service providers with data centres located in New Zealand, Australia, the United States, Singapore, Korea and China.
