Contract Renewal Terms and Conditions

Contract Renewal Terms and Conditions


The contract renewal is eligible if you meet the following condition.

  • 1. You are currently on open term plan and not tied to any contract.
  • 2. If you choose to go for a bundle promotion, your contract term should be open term for both services. If one of your services is under contract at the time you request for a contract renewal, you will need to wait until both of your services have no more remaining contract term.
  • 3. Contract renewal and new promotion must start together on the 1st date of the following month from the date you request us to process contract renewal and existing contracts are fully expired. Your promotion will not apply until your new contract starts.
  • 4. Contract renewal and new promotion start date cannot be backdated.
  • 5. An early termination will be changed if you change your mind after you sign up for the contract renewal.
